ABOUT GAINESVILLE GONE MEMPHIS
Celebrating its tenth anniversary, Gainesville Gone Memphis is the annual signature fundraising event benefiting the Child Advocacy Center, a local nonprofit dedicated to serving abused, neglected, or trafficked children throughout Alachua County. Held at the stunning Santa Fe River Ranch, Gainesville Gone Memphis is an evening of live music, live and silent auctions, food and friends. We hope you'll consider joining us this year!
Casual country, western wear, boots and blue jeans are welcome! Santa Fe River Ranch is a covered outdoor barn so be sure to bring a jacket or sweater for cool fall nights.
Directions to Santa Fe River Ranch
The Ranch is located at 29220 NW 122nd Street, Alachua, FL. Travel time to the Ranch is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Gainesville. Please note that 122nd Street is a long dirt road.
Take I-75 North to Exit 404 High Springs. Turn left onto County Road 236. Travel approximately 4 miles going straight through the intersection with County Road 241. 122nd Street is a dirt road and will be on the left hand side. Travel approximately 2 miles straight on 122nd Street. Santa Fe River Ranch will be straight ahead.
Take 441 to NW 140th Street/County Road 241. Travel north on County Road 241 for approximately .5 miles. Turn left to stay on County Road 241 and travel north another 5.5 miles. Turn right onto County Road 236 and travel approximately 1 mile. 122nd Street is a dirt road and will be on the left hand side. Travel approximately 2 miles straight on 122nd Street. Santa Fe River Ranch will be straight ahead.
All attendees must check-in at the registration table the night of the event where you will receive an entry bracelet and your bid number for the silent and live auction. You will also have the opportunity to register a credit card to your bid number for purchases made throughout the event including but not limited to silent auction winnings, raffle tickets, and etc.
Pass the Hat
Our goal is to raise $150,000 at this year's Gainesville Gone Memphis. There will be an opportunity for you to participate in "passing the hat" in which cash, checks, pledges and credit card donations will be accepted to help further the Center's mission and services to abused, neglected and trafficked children. We hope you will consider participating!
Silent Auction - How to Bid
All items in the Silent Auction have bid sheets next to them or on a table nearby. Simply write your bid number on the bid sheet opposite the amount you wish to bid. You do not have to take the next available bid amount, you may skip ahead on the sheet. The next bidder must pick an amount higher than yours. You may bid on any items in the silent auction until closing time. Bids made after auction closing will not be honored

If you love an auction item, BUY IT NOW! Please check bid sheets to find the Buy-It-Now price. If you want it, write your bid number down and circle Buy-It-Now. Take your SOLD bid sheet straight to the Buy-It-Now cashier and check out right away. Don't stress, just BUY IT NOW.
The Child Advocacy Center is recognized under the IRS as tax exempt under 501c3 and is registered with the Florida Division of Consumer Services, licence number CH12275. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
